The static ISP residential proxy has kept the exact same exit IP for over a month, which is the main reason I picked it. Most residential pools rotate the exit IP on every request, and that breaks any workflow that needs a consistent identity across a long session. Setup was painless: the credentials work with standard HTTP and SOCKS5 clients, and I had it wired into my tooling within a few minutes. Throughput is reasonable for a residential service - roughly 1 MB/s on a single connection and around 5-6 MB/s with parallel connections, which is fine for automation and normal page loads. Second, on 2026-10-22 the proxy became completely unreachable for about a day - 100 percent packet loss, every port closed - during a maintenance window.
