One point is that some of the customization options for sales pipelines and deal stages are not as flexible as we would like. We often need to adapt our process for different German industries, but adjusting fields, workflows, and approval steps can feel a bit rigid and sometimes requires extra workarounds. Second, the integration with other tools we use daily—like our email client, marketing automation software, and even Microsoft 365—could be tighter and more native. Right now, some data syncs manually or with small delays, which adds tiny but consistent administrative work for our team.
