What do you like best?

Prospect CRM is for us an innovative system that has allowed us to amplify sales and achieve great results, thus having a complete and detailed sales system where we can unify with the digital marketing system to be able to attract potential customers and amplify its effectiveness, I am very happy because the CRM tools that it offers us are very innovative and the ideas or tips that they indicate to achieve a specific sale or in turn automatic sales are very effective in my opinion it is a very complete system and it is easy to implement in the company. What do you dislike?

The system is basic, a complete CRM but allowing it to attract potential customers is the main function and it achieves it, it is for that reason that I do not have any negative or negative points regarding the functionality of the system. implement other extensions such as a CRM system by mail, social networks in that way is expanded much more. Recommendations to others considering the product:

The system works and in a fast and efficient way we have managed to implement it in the company without any help from third parties, which is why it makes it much simpler to be able to use the tools is very intuitive and each of them is explained how it works and how to use it effectively without any inconvenience, I recommend the service because the CRM it offers is very broad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly the functionality of this system is to make sales in a concrete and efficient way, so we have seen that the system works very well, we have not had any kind of inconvenience regarding the functionality of this system, with Prospect it has been allowed to associate with marketing To expand and attract more users and ultimately it was achieved and we have no complaints, everything is simple and practical, each use and tool can be used without training or help. What do you like best?

- We've been using Prospect365 CRM for a few months - it works brilliantly with the connected apps - the hookups were quick and easy, and we're already reaping the benefits.

- Linked apps were easy to set up, and have provided valuable insights and streamlined a load of our processes.

- The team at Prospect are quick, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and they took the time to understand our business during the onboarding.

What do you dislike?

There is almost to much customisation possible, but that's prob not a disadvantage.

Enables quick sharing of leads amongst sales team

Pipeline management is really easy

What do you like best?

Task management monitors all daily schedules and we can integrate calendars and better observe daily activities. Tracking customer information. Everything can be synchronized with the company's email and CRM. It has integrated email templates and also social media. What do you like best?

Inventory management was a paramount priority, Prospectsoft integrates our stock movements with the communication and sales process - streamlined Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Fair amount of customisation for fields of entry etc but view this as a hurdle to manage as it is a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We found that stock/inventory management was harder to solve than digital marketing and email automation - Prospect does do both but stronger on inventory/distribution processes so opted to solve the latter issues of digital marketing / email automation with smaller / cheaper services if required as we have yet to full exploit prospectsofts functions in this regard.
