With respect to technical resources, it must be considered that technical knowledge is needed to perform advanced configurations or integrations, limiting its ease of implementation on teams without experienced IT personnel.

We especially like the financial features: you can issue a quote with a few clicks and then convert this quote to an invoice with one click. And the same applies to providers' purchase orders and bills. The searching features are also extremely powerful: almost all database objects are indexed and searchable. The GUI seems to be stuck in the last decade. Many actions require too many clicks. The admin interface is especially complicated, even for the most advanced users. There is no out-of-the-box integration with cloud file storage services, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. The interface is not responsive and there is no mobile app. Report creation could be easier.
