ProHance helps in managing data and ensuring discipline adherence. Before the implementation of this tool, we were not able to track users workloads, the time they spent on the system, or how their time was being utilized—whether on business-productive sites or personal activities. This became especially important after COVID-19, when all users were shifted to laptops. ProHance has proven to be very helpful in monitoring shift timings, user availability, attendance, and more.

With the help of this tool, we can identify high-performing users based on productive system time, manage workload distribution within the team, and validate high-level summaries such as login information, time spent on business tools versus non-productive sites, attendance tracking, and shift timing adherence.

PR Support teams are highly flexible and receptive to all client requests and system customization, efficiently resolving challenges within their capabilities.

The Prohance system is not user-friendly. Navigating the system is too inconvenient, unless it’s your regular daily routine, that you would already know your way around. However, when faced with unfamiliar situations, finding your way through the system becomes difficult to recall and a waste of time.

Also, Activity on System (AOS) tool should enhance the automation feature that would provide MINIMAL manual effort in categorizing websites based on the nature of LOB. It would be valuable if the system could intelligently detect site usage patterns relevant to a given LOB, while also automatically filtering or flagging sites that are related to non-productive categories such as social media, gaming, and entertainment.

For the menu options in general, some options are not reliable. Certain features may not be applicable and may be removed if necessary to create a more streamlined system. One example is the ‘Workload Categories’ feature. While we appreciate the inclusion of health-focused elements such as reminders to stay active or take short breaks, removing this as a standalone option, or integrating it into an existing menu, would significantly reduce menu clutter and improve usability.
