I can't say there is much that we actually dislike about Progression.
We started out very small when we started using it (<20 team members) and have since grown and been acquired to 250 headcount, and the functionality has scaled very well with our needs.
We see room for them to expand the product to support our more developed performance evaluation processes (which currently live in a separate platform where we're moderately satisfied), and we also see those components in their product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
