However, I have been informed that this has been correted and should come out with the 2024 tax version!! I use ProConnect because I can pay per return, so even if half of my clients leave unexpectedly, I'm still going to make a profit. There is no steep learning curve like with other softwares I have used. And they just added the ability to lock returns so that you don't accidentally make changes to a return that has already been filed. They offer a ton of free features that I don't use because I like to keep things simple. If I run into any issues, I'm often surprised at how quickly customer support can get things straightened out. **What do you dislike about Intuit ProConnect Tax?** Sometimes it takes a little longer for last minute tax forms to be updated in the software, so I might have to make my clients wait a bit to file their return, but those situations are rare. Also I wish they would send me an automated text or email if a return is rejected after I submit it for e-filing. **What problems is Intuit ProConnect Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most tax software is outrageously priced, but ProConnect lets me pay as I go, even if the price per return gradually increases every year. ### 46. When I open an income tax return, I trust the correct information. **What do you dislike about Intuit ProConnect Tax?** The specialists are excellent; some are better than others. ProConnect would have a higher quality of service and save their clients time if they adopted the Apple model, which is to contact a "senior" advisor when they are unable to resolve the issue. In addition, ProConnect has had issues with the state of Oregon income tax, specifically with the kicker credit. **What problems is Intuit ProConnect Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProConnect is much simpler to use than LaCerte, more cost-effective than LaCerte, and is based in the cloud. The integration with QuickBooks cuts the work in half for my bookkeeping clients at tax time. It allowds for quickly toggling between the systems which is a time saver as frequently as it must be done. The pay by use is ideal for first or second year firms that their client base is unknown, as well as, for firms in a growth stage. Intuit Link allows for client documentation and requests to be directly mported by the clients. **What do you dislike about Intuit ProConnect Tax?** The Intuit Link feature is a great integration between ProConnect and the clients, but it can be cumbersome and difficult initially from the clients perspective because they must set up an account and login on their own. I feel that Proconnect is easy to use and implement within my tax preparation activities. After only a few uses I was easily navigating the software and completing returns quickly. I also utilize QuickBooks online with most of my clients and I find the integration very handy and efficient. Navigate: So simple and incredible Review: After preparing the return we can easily review the return through check return in forms section. Print: We can print individual forms whichever required unlike printing complete return E-file: Ease of E-filing returns directly to the IRS.
