**What do you like best about pretix?**

I am a huge fan of Pretix. Due to the open-source nature, the integration of plug-ins and a great documentation the product is very usable for both customers and admins. The cloud offering has competitive pricing and great support from the staff. The POS system specifically is a great addition to this product. We run Pretix on our own servers with custom plug-ins making it the ideal flexible ticketing solution for us.

**What do you dislike about pretix?**

The only thing of note here is the slightly outdated client. Rebuilding that with a more modern approach would definitely speed things up for customers!

**What problems is pretix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible, cost-efficient ticketing solution with great plug-ins for payment providers like PayPal, Stripe etc.

A very stable and easy to use software, works perfectly for any kind of event.

I do not see any problems or disadvantages

We use pretix for any kind of ticketing for trade shows. That means it handles even a really large number of visitors.
