The usability is great, enabling me to easily create and send customized text campaigns right from the program that is already open. **What do you dislike about PowerTextor?** I’m unable to monitor click-through rates of links within messages or view trends of customer responses spanning a period. It was impossible for me to determine the actual return on investment that I received on my marketing service and plan better for the next promotion. **What problems is PowerTextor solving and how is that benefiting you?** PowerTextor has assisted me in the way I send text messages to my customers. The coupling with Dynamics 365 really eradicates the possibility of having another platform and I may reuse information that I already have. ### 2.
