The product just WORKS. I can segment customers. I can make sales. I can be the marketer I want to be with Postscript as my execution engine. On top of all this, their support team is incredible when it comes to questions and implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postscript?

Only cut: I wish I customize deeper w/ existing tools, BUT - I am just going to hire a developer for the more complex stuff, considering what I want feels more like a game a less like a retention tool. That being said, it might be pretty difficult to productize additional features in this direction but possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Postscript:

Anyone who is operating a ecommerce store should have PostScript enabled to enable CRM and mobile interactivity with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postscript solving and how is that benefiting you?

No real problems yet. I have the benefits of creating many multiple flows and segments, can send sick GIFS, and really engage with my customers beyond email or push notification. The return on investment for us is somewhere in the 30-40x. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
