POS Insight is an affordable and easy-to-use point of sale solution built right into Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 and designed to allow organizations to quickly and easily add retail capabilities to their system.
I use these software for long Time, the best thing I like is the keys that we can assign for the highly sale items . Also the different color coding helps to pick the product easily.
Helps me track the business, with regards to busy and less busy days and the sales in term of the price.
Also we can manage other employees time sheet and track their hours.
It’s fast easy and very efficient software to work with
What do you dislike?
The only feature that’s less likely is that it doesn’t allow to process me credit cards manually... sometimes customers would like to place the order over phone and pay over phone too.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Helps great at the point of sale,... which makes it easier s to use just by scanning the item and collecting the payments.
With these systems you can put the sales and discount for certain periods of time on the products. So it will calculate the time the offer ends after which you can collect the regular price for that item.
Also it’s worKs collectively with my other system so that whenever there’s price update ...it’s updats it automatically in the system thus saving the time and reducing wait time for customer
