I like how easy it is to manage the creators I am accepting into my campaign. Additionally, I love the whole set up with creators having to apply and that I can easily check out their social media channels. The platform is quite intuitive and just streamlines the whole creator management process which I appreciate. Also special shout out to out to Betty, I love working with her, she replies so quickly and helps me with everything. There were a few bugs with the platform but my contact person was also so fast to reply to me and help me with the bugs. One thing that I also dislike is creator related. For our campaigns we usually require that the creators have children which is listed in the brief but we constantly have creators apply who don't have kids. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to use - straightforward and clean, and easy to teach others on the team how to use. It's been a great resource for us to connect clients to quality creators, and we appreciate the sharing capabilities for clients from an agency. The brief creation process is is simple and allows for lots of detail and easy duplication and implementation. It allows us to partner with smaller creators at scale in a timely manner across social channels. Availability of large creators, no feature to show the budget inputted vs. current spend, many creators on Popular Pays are no longer active on social channels that they are listed for, API connection issues, issues with creators applying to campaigns and barely answering questions or being a good applicant. The team. I never felt alone, even though I was able to navigate the platform on my own and communicate directly with the influencers, I always had the support of the Pop Pays team to answer any questions I had (however rudimentary it was!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a lot to dislike, but I do feel like there could be some improvements on the platform capabilities to make it easier to navigate between assets and better understand what has been delivered and what was still outstanding. How organized the process is - everything seems to flow nicely. I also feel that the support our team gives us is really great. Any requests to extend the talent pool are handled well. Unable to track insights on multiple platforms per campaign. Search tool lacks features like searching multiple platforms at the same time with different parameters. Ease of Implementation - We love that Popular Pays offers a link to a detailed campaign brief with a Sign Up link for those interested in working with our brand. The sign up process is thorough and it offers creators other ways to connect with brands, offering value for signing up.

Customer Support- Our CM is always available to help and has a quick response time. Truly appreciated!

Many of our users have experienced issues submitting content or logging in- particularly on the app compared to the web. Uploads often get stuck on a loading screen and never complete. It would be great to see these issues resolved.

On a related note, while Customer Support is responsive via email, it would be incredibly helpful to receive an email notification whenever an applicant submits a request. This would help us stay in the loop, especially since applicants sometimes face login issues and it may seem like they haven't reached out or responded- when they actually have.
