What do you like best about Popmenu?

I like how easily it integrates with our system. It’s straightforward to use, and the implementation was fast, simple, and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popmenu?

What I dislike about Popmenu is that I can’t make changes across all the locations I manage at once. Everything has to be done one location at a time. Also, if a customer orders extras, I’m not able to “adjust” the pricing the way I can on ubereats. Another thing I don’t like, and WOULD LIKE to see, is the ability to limit orders by time. For example, during the holiday season, I’d like to set a cap on how many people can place a pick-up order for 12 PM, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ongoing commitment from the onboarding team to ensure I had all necessary information and their consistent follow-ups to clarify my satisfaction with each interaction was incredibly helpful. I find the ongoing integration between my POS system, Toast, and Popmenu on my website to be excellent. This, combined with the outstanding AI answering capabilities, truly enhances my operations. Additionally, I value the website integration feature, which allows for seamless design changes as my needs evolve. The integration with my POS system ensures that menu changes appear almost instantaneously. Moreover, the ongoing support for developing and managing our marketing programs is highly beneficial. I am also impressed with Popmenu's ongoing development and its dedication to staying at the cutting edge, particularly in AI technology, which makes me consider using it repeatedly. Their integration with OpenTable is another promising feature that stands out. What do you like best about Popmenu?

I appreciate Popmenu for its easy and seamless setup process, which made transitioning to the platform rather easy. The template-based site building is incredibly useful, allowing me to update and change things around without dealing with HTML code. I find the web builder to be its best feature. It has significantly improved the ease of updating our website, allowing us to change or add content easily without external help.
