Additionally, I value the website integration feature, which allows for seamless design changes as my needs evolve. The integration with my POS system ensures that menu changes appear almost instantaneously. Moreover, the ongoing support for developing and managing our marketing programs is highly beneficial. I am also impressed with Popmenu's ongoing development and its dedication to staying at the cutting edge, particularly in AI technology, which makes me consider using it repeatedly. Their integration with OpenTable is another promising feature that stands out. I find the marketing support through Popmenu lacking in personalization, which is particularly challenging for our small, specialized restaurant. The need for tailored marketing solutions to align with our niche offerings is not adequately addressed. Additionally, the initial photography service provided was unsatisfactory.
