They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about pmo365?** It provides a centralized platform for project management, status, timelines, resource allocation, etc. It is integrated with Microsoft teams, SharePoint, projects etc., which allows team members to share documents, track progress, and communicate between them. It comes with a predefined project management template. **What do you dislike about pmo365?** Initial setup and customization need time and effort to create as per the organization's requirements. The learning curve for this application is a little bit difficult. **What problems is pmo365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a centralized platform for project management, status, timelines, resource allocation, etc. which helps to track and complete projects smoothly. It is integrated with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, projects, etc., allowing team members to share documents, track progress, and communicate to complete the project on time and correctly. It comes with a predefined project management template which helps maintain any projects with knowledge on this tool. ### 2. PMO365 is great on project governance and automates many traditional PMO manual processes, which is a win win. As a single source of truth, it passes all the tests for accuracy - which is a rare thing! **What do you dislike about pmo365?** It is sold as a ready to go tool, but for true 360 degree management information, you need to add additional configurations. This is normal in the software business to sell a product and add on modules to extend functionality but detracts from being that ready to go part. **Recommendations to others considering pmo365:** Create mosre space for this on the MS Power Platform than advised. **What problems is pmo365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am trialing different PMO and PPM solutions. PMO365 is one of the best, it is graphical and accruate.
