We’ve recently started building out our playbook in Playbook Builder, and it’s already proving to be an essential tool for aligning our team and bringing our processes to life. Instead of scattered documents and inconsistent training, we now have a central hub where every team member can see exactly how their seat and functions fits into the bigger picture.

Playbook Builder makes it simple to translate our Vision/Traction Organizer, core processes, and accountability chart into something practical and actionable. It’s helping us create clarity, streamline onboarding, and build consistency across the organization — all key EOS principles.

Even though we’re still in the early stages of development, the impact is clear: this tool is helping us build a strong foundation for our culture and team growth. The ability to combine videos, visuals, and step-by-step workflows makes it far more engaging than static SOPs, and it reinforces our core values every time someone uses it.

Playbook Builder has been a game-changer for our company. In the past, we had no written processes which meant that we were at the mercy of our employees and at risk of losing important data if any employee left the company. We tried saving information in multiple ways but it was too complex and hard to update and search for. Once we started using Playbook Builder to write up our processes, it has been a breeze to update and maintain and to allow new employees to learn and train on different processes.

It is so intuitive and easy to use that employees at every level are able to add processes in the form that works best for them (written instructions, screenshots, videos etc). This has really enhanced our training and made role transitions so much easier.

Playbook Builder is incredibly easy to use and you can get started very quickly. The secret is to first tak a moment and think about your team members that everyone goes to for answers and help. What they have in their heads is some of the most important information in your company. Playbook Builder allows you to take special knowledge and make it available to other team members. Playbook Builder's entry level price after the free period is not trivial. If you understand why and how to use Playbook Builder, it's a no-brainer. As a technical directory, this tool allow me the ability to capture, articulate, and outline core aspects of our product that can be pushed throughout sales and marketing within our organization. Nothing replaces face to face training, yet this tool provides access to top level information that can spur a conversation, while also having a resource at their fingertips when they need a refresher. You can create training campaigns, communicate new or critical information through an alert system, create surveys to gauge the efficacy of the training, and utilize the reporting tool to determine the users progress. Our culture is built on Care, Trust, Quality, Passion, & Growth; this happens best with face to face engagement. It is easy to get complacent in our digital worlds managing so many software platform, and it is easy to lose sight of the power of colaborative conversation. This is less of a knock on PlaybookBuilder, and more of a biproduct emerging technologies coupled with societal shift to more issolated work arrangements. PlaybookBuilder has been a fantastic tool for organizing and sharing our business processes and training materials. The platform strikes a perfect balance between being user-friendly and feature-rich. It is not quite as user friendly as I had hoped. I would like to see more assistance being provided during the initial set up. Playbook builder is great for both training new employees, as well as being a handy step-by-step guide so over time knowledge is not lost. I use it as a guide even for tasks I've done dozens of times before, because everyone forgets a small step here and there from time to time. The UI takes a bit to get used to, and there are some features that could be better implemented for training purposes (proof of knowledge or tests, etc. don't always function as intended.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we can store all of our trainings, certifications, SOPs, etc., on here. This software makes onboarding new employees a breeze! This easily integrated with our processes, their customer support is incredible and we are frequently in this product.
