Playbook Builder has been a game-changer for our company. In the past, we had no written processes which meant that we were at the mercy of our employees and at risk of losing important data if any employee left the company. We tried saving information in multiple ways but it was too complex and hard to update and search for. Once we started using Playbook Builder to write up our processes, it has been a breeze to update and maintain and to allow new employees to learn and train on different processes.
It is so intuitive and easy to use that employees at every level are able to add processes in the form that works best for them (written instructions, screenshots, videos etc). This has really enhanced our training and made role transitions so much easier.
