Very easy to add items and edit them. I like how simple it is to add new users and grant/revoke access to individual Playbooks. **What do you dislike about PlaybookBuilder?** The presentation options in the software are a little limited. Sometimes the text/font does not size or look the way the preset shows. Videos are only embedded or displayed if they come from Youtube or another weblink. If I make my own video and upload the MP4, I expect to be able to have it display with a thumbnail, not be a link at the bottom of the page. The File Manager is a great idea that is a little hard to navigate. And it doesn't go "deep enough" ie. I can't move a step of a process to another Playbook. I have to move the entire process. **What problems is PlaybookBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our firm is made up of many different advisors and many different teams. There is no "ONE WAY" to do things. Not because everyone thinks they have the best solution, but because they don't know that there ALREADY IS a solution. With PBB I can create a process, document it, and share it with the entire company. It is there permanently to always be reviewed whenever the need arises. Documenting the process is only 50% of the equation; getting every member on a team to adhere to the process every time is the other half. PlaybookBuilder has anticipated this requirement beautifully. **What do you dislike about PlaybookBuilder?** The only downside I see is that I wish it had a more affordable option for my team of 2. My business consists of me and my assistant; and the price point is a little steep for just the two of us. When creating individual items it's easy to get lost in the hierarchical trees you create. You can delete a bunch of data too quickly without knowing you did it. When I make a paragraph sometimes I lose my place in the tree. The help, support, and shared expertise of Jon and his team provide are second to none. There are a couple of enhancements that I would love to see in the future such as a more robust text editor in the quizzes setup.
