**What do you like best about picdrop?**

Picdrop Offers a smooth and high-resolution viewer that supports zooming, annotations, and markups. The implementation of the software was very easy. Also it was easy to integrate into the every day operations. I was able to provide excellent customer support thus resulting in frequent use of the software.

**What do you dislike about picdrop?**

While user-friendly, sometimes  certain advanced features or integrations require a bit of a learning curve

**What problems is picdrop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables teams to comment, annotate, and collaborate directly on images and PDFs in real time
