
I like that Phound Business integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics ATS and CRM systems, which includes quick click-to-call capabilities. This integration means that each of my employees can simply click to call directly from the system, and their conversations are automatically noted, saving significant time as they don't have to create notes. I also find the texting feature very helpful, allowing communication with multiple people at once, which is great for reaching all of our employees when needed.
