  ### 1. Multiple phone numbers, full messaging platform for desktop and mobile

**What do you like best about Phound Business?**

I was able to get a second phone number within 5 minutes of using the app. Having the desktop app and mobile app (i use Mac and iOS) makes it easy to use when i'm working at my desk and on the go. I was thinking about getting a second phone and this eliminates the need to do that and it's only $5 a month which is way more easy and affordable then getting a second phone with a carrier. It integrates with everyone so i can make calls and text to any number and even do virtual meetings like Facetime but on steroids. and when i signed up for Phound Wave they even provide a customer support person to help me get setup and registered. I haven't had any issues or glitches with using it and it alleviates the need to have multiple other apps like Slack or Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Plus they have Magnum AI which helps give meeting notes and summaries of any meetings i have. I'm still learning to use it and I'm going to setup their Flows (IVR) which makes this much more than just a second phone number.

**What do you dislike about Phound Business?**

Phound Wave, their SMS marketing automation platform is only browser based and would be nice to have it all in the same app, but i can live without that. I'm a fast learner and i wish they had more documentation around how to utilize it even more. I wish it had more AI features integrated.

**What problems is Phound Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now have multiple phone numbers for communicating for work and side businesses. Now when i get a call from an unknown number but they are calling a specific persona i setup, i am able to know what that call is coming from and I'm not getting 100s of spam calls like my regular phone number. I'm starting to use this for everything for my business and communications. When i send clients/prospects a meeting invitation, they are able to join without having to setup an account and it's an icebreaker to talk about. Once i start using Phound Wave, their SMS automation tool, i will have more use cases it is solving for me. I am going to setup Phound Wave to handle my client texting and setup blasts and automated messaging, which i've tried on other platforms and it's way too difficult compared to Phound.

**What do you like best about Phound Business?**

I really like Phound Business because it allows me to pick a local phone number with an area code that's native to my area. This feature makes my customers feel more comfortable since it lets them know they're dealing with a local business. I also appreciate that I can pick multiple phone numbers with different area codes, offering flexibility for my customers. The initial setup was super easy, taking just about five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Phound Business?**

I don't use their meeting service. However, I know they do have one. And it would be a great if they had a feature that would keep all my customers in one place, I know they have that feature. I've just not signed up for it at the moment.

**What problems is Phound Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Phound Business to keep my personal and business communications separate and private, transforming customer interactions into business opportunities.

**What do you like best about Phound Business?**

I like that Phound Business integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics ATS and CRM systems, which includes quick click-to-call capabilities. This integration means that each of my employees can simply click to call directly from the system, and their conversations are automatically noted, saving significant time as they don't have to create notes. I also find the texting feature very helpful, allowing communication with multiple people at once, which is great for reaching all of our employees when needed. The continuing and ongoing upgrades have made our business more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Phound Business?**

I don't have any complaints about Phound Business

**What problems is Phound Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phound Business solves our communication needs by integrating with our internal ATS and CRM systems for smooth calling and texting. Click-to-call saves time by automatically noting conversations, and it's efficient for mass communication.

**What do you like best about Phound Business?**

I appreciate that Phound Business is integrated, which saves us so much money compared to using Zoom, Slack, Grasshopper, etc. This integration is important when you are a nonprofit and have to make every donor dollar count. I like that everything is seamless. It was super easy to set up, and I was worried about the hassle of switching from our old systems.

**What do you dislike about Phound Business?**

I wouldn’t have known about it if a friend hadn’t introduced me. It’s the best kept secret.
