We've engaged PersistIQ to support our cold email outreach efforts, hoping for qualified leads and meaningful client introductions. Despite sending thousands of emails over multiple campaigns, the results have been incredibly disappointing. Specifically, from over 5,500 emails sent, we have yet to secure even one positive response or successful meeting.

While the PersistIQ team was responsive initially, the actual strategy and execution consistently failed to resonate with our target market. This resulted not only in wasted investment and resources but also a noticeable risk to our brand reputation due to negative recipient feedback.

Given the cost, expectations, and promises made by PersistIQ, the inability to secure even a single productive lead or qualified conversation is alarming. We hired PersistIQ to do an outbound cold email campaign for lead generation. The min contract was 6 months and after thousands of email we landed 3 meetings. The SDR lost leads because they responded poorly and the email scripts were garbage. We asked to cancel the contract after 3 months for poor performance and they refused. We work with a very specific audience, and the campaigns they have managed for us have booked over 30 meetings with target companies, leading to new deals for our company and significant business growth! This has been our best outbound effort so far, we would have never generated this amount of traction for our company without PersistIQ, and now our brand is generating more visibility with these key game players. Their copywriting team crafted a cold email campaigns, incorporating multiple variations to experiment and pinpoint the most effective messaging for our prospects. I think there's nothing I actually dislike; at the beginning, as this was a new industry for them, we didn't find quality leads, but after the first feedback, they were fast enough to fix this, and we started to have incredible options. To put it very simply, they indicated that we should expect around 10 appointments per month. So far, we haven't gotten a single positive reply to any of the thousands of emails they've sent on our behalf. The sales person we spoke with, who was operating under a totally different company name, indicated that we would be able to revisit our agreement in the event of this poor performance.
