The sales person we spoke with, who was operating under a totally different company name, indicated that we would be able to revisit our agreement in the event of this poor performance. After 5 months and $10k+ spent, they booked us 5 demos with accounts that were not a good fit. I think the cost is really high for inconsistency among campaigns. They refused to send the monthly leads according to their statement of work, did not respond to emails, and ignored my requests. I can't tell you how much this company scams businesses. They started out really nice and uploaded emails after about three weeks. I had to pay for the full month with no results. I thought I would see some responses from the emails but I only received horrible results. They didn't offer any solutions, only ignored my requests. I paid for the second month and never received any new leads, they only continued to send emails to the same emails in the list. This only further caused more negative replies. They are not professional and do not have any ideas to fix the issue and only state that they have proven results. This company only takes your money and does not provide any results. So if you have a low-producing campaign, you could have gone through 2 months before you even see potential changes to approve. Even after providing information to include in the messages, after they asked that I give an offer for my services to get more replies, they did not use anything in the messages they sent. I was sold that I would not have to worry about anything and prepare for a couple of appointments they would schedule for the company a week.
