Whatever you're attempting to build, the team of Persana AI is extremely helpful and involved in making sure that your lists are successfully built, wihtout burning through your credits. There is a Support Slack Channel that you can post in, and the team will find a way. What made it easy for me to use it, was onboarding via HiStack and Dennis Tröger, and equally the Onboarding from Persana itself. I use it every week I would say. The Enrichment Lists are sometimes a bit bulky, and a lot of it is built like Excel with Smart Formulas, but what it doesn't have is fields to mark things with certain data, i.e. When was the enrichment or if the enriched lead has been added to a campaign.

Persana offers plenty of great ways to gather insights from your data sets about contacts and companies you want to contact in your outbound campaigns. The AI prompts and presets make gathering insights super easy and allows me to customise my outbound messaging and make it feel very 1:1 and relevant when doing outbound based on real insights. Makes a big difference to the success of your cold outbound campaigns.

I've also found the customer service to be top notch as well.

Persana threaded the needle for us by fitting into our existing tech stack for integrations, while opening up significant enrichment automation for a variety of use cases. This was the only tabular enrichment platform we found where we felt comfortable that whatever use case we came up with, we would be able to find a solution that would also balance credit usage and cost that would make sense. Setting up our initial core automations related to updating certain Hubspot data and workflows between tools alone justify the cost, even if we don't add anything going forward. I believe the learning curve for these types of tools can be steep, but after a few weeks and with access to a very responsive support team you can definitely get there. One nuance about Persana is that you need to be intentional on table, column, and enrichment setup, as there are a number things that cannot be changed once you lock them in or reference them elsewhere. This is mostly about good process, but as you get up the curve you will likely find yourself re-creating certain tables or enrichments and burning some credits because of this. To the team's credit, they are sensitive to this especially for new users and ensure you get it right. They even refunded credits when we made some mistakes. None so far! Balancing team credits across different enrichments and providers can be a bit challenging, but that’s more due to our specific plan than the platform itself. - They are a bit more afordable then clay

- They are 300% faster in terms of support vs clay (hello Rohan if you're reading this)

- I can easily message in person their dev team to try to solve some problems

- I don't like their unpredicted product updates when they remove features that were included in lower pricing plans. I understand that they are trying to find their product market fit + pricing but this is annoying.

- Sometimes tables are slow, but this is a matter of time and optimization

- I have been following their YT videos but they problem with those is that it doesn't describe the full process. Just a bunch of leads that feels were prepared for the video :)
