What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

User Friendly - The program is easy to use and navigate.

Integrated - I like how it integrates well with Outlook, meaning that changes or updates to my schedule easily travel to my calendar.

Helps to Keep Focus - A steady list of goals keeps me and my boss more focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

One challenge relates back to integration. Although you can update your calendar through ClearReview, it does not go the other way around, meaning that if I need to update a meeting, I need to do this through ClearReview only.

Another challenge relates to Administrative access. Currently, only our corporate team can update or check if users have been added or deleted. This may be more of an internal issue for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

This tool is effective and easy to use. Intuitive and a must have for busy leaders with direct reports. Reminders, prompts, records and the ability to reflect and revisit goals, objectives, targets and overall wellbeing for staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

Working online/in real time is fine unless you have a loss of connection - I have had instances where I have been completing check ins and the connection loss means that what i have been writing is lost. This is remedied by using word to complete narrative and then cut and pasting into the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

The interface of the system is nice as it makes it easy to use it and removes the clutter that some other systems have. This, in turn, makes it easy to train the users and admins. The system settings page is also very user friendly and all areas can be tweaked without the need of IT. I like the "impersonate" feature because it allows for testing and troubleshooting without the need of testing user or the involvement of employees so they can leave any issues for me to look into. Overall, whilst it is on the basic side, the system is a good Talent Management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

There could be an API connectivity for HRIS to pull a fresh employee list. Also, there could be more flexibility in Settings so the emails could be personalised more and custom emails could be set up to go out at the time our organisation needs as opposed to being pre-set. There should also be an area to see the full list of users and be able to download this list rather than using a user login report or just a search function. Talent Snapshots are a good feature, but need improvements so the Admin could edit the status of an individual employee who had their review opened for them, but are no longer required to submit (so we could delete, or close the review for tehm from Admin side). Currently, once the reviews are open for bulk employees, it can only be Closed by Admin for all employees. Also, after the review is shared by the manager, there should be an Edit button for managers to see that they can still edit it, and then Re-Share button so it goes back to the employee. And vice versa for employee - Edit button and Re-Share. This should have email notifications. I would also suggest to add the "9 Box" grid feature for managers to evaluate their talent to help succession planning. Finally, the engagement tool doesn't have a condition, whereby when reporting the results it hides the department by adding it to "other" bucket when there are less than 3 or 4 reviews. This allows the report viewer to recognise who had submitted that particular engagement survey answer. The anonimity in these case is important so there should be changes made here. Nothing major just a few niggles. 1. You cannot tweak some of the settings to suit individual business needs. 2. Talent snapshots - great idea and we are using it, but it's clunky and again you can not tweak it once a group is started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
