We've been using Plai since 2020 and it was one of the easiest tool integration we've had so far. It is integrated with Slack and Outlook, offering a seamless experience in terms of scheduling, reminders and accesibility. Moreover, it is higly customizable: while it offers a series of useful templates, it also allows the user and the company to create their own templates. It is centered around the company culture, you can even praise other collegues for manifesting the company's values.
