It's incredibly helpful for monitoring analytics in my app and helps me figure out when things are crashing or spiking based on the tracked events. I have trouble with mobile track events, with the mobile SDK, and getting fully set up to maximize all of the functions that Pendo has to offer. I like that Pendo helps us understand how much people like our product or application and provides insights on how we can improve. The dashboard is great because I can see all the stats at once without having to do anything special. Everything is ready when I log in, which is really convenient. What do you dislike about Pendo? The color scheme and theme in Pendo could use more customization options. I think it should be in the user's control to change the theme as per their preference, like allowing for a light or dark mode.
