It had a large amount of configurability for our platform and portal and had specific configuration based on the types of pages and problems we were solving with the users, for example the funnels. Tagging and understanding personas of users and the features that matter most to them, this is related to our very old and highly customized enterprise software. Auto tag and auto segment, I want suggestions of how I should be segmenting in something that's so customized across companies customer that I can't effectively do it manually. It's not intuitive, especially for someone that's not technologically advanced or savvy. It's a little bit hard to operate in the system, and it breaks easily. I've submitted many tickets for improvements I want made to the OEM platform, but most of Pendo's resources are allocated for the core platform.
