I really like how detailed and efficient the platform was during my onboarding. I also appreciate that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. When I submit my timesheets, I like that it automatically saves my progress, so I can track my hours throughout the week without having to submit early or worry about losing any of my hours. I sometimes have trouble logging in. Even when I select “Remember Me,” the platform never actually remembers my login. On top of that, I can’t log in using only my password, because the site only prompts me to use my phone number or sends a “magic link” to my email instead. Additionally, the timesheet feature can be a little finicky. I will select "Break," and it will revert to "Work". It can be frustrating to enter details into my timesheet. It has an intuitive interface that makes payroll management much easier and helps us stay compliant with all federal and state tax requirements and filings without added stress, so we can focus on what matters most for our organization. It is great that my overseas employer can now be sure that they are complying with UK legislation, taxation and national insurance rules. These can be difficult to navigate from an external perspective and many organisations simply do not have the resources to figure out employment situations in other areas worldwide. Pebl (formerly Velocity Global) is able to handle the different complexities and variety specific to each country where we have existing employees of record. They're able to handle and stay on top of the countries' implementing rules and regulations so we can stay compliant to the labor laws.

We are currently exploring integrating Pebl (formerly Velocity Global) with our HRIS and ATS systems. Since we are still in the pre-implementation stage, we are evaluating whether to move forward with the integration, as some important fields are not included in the one-way setup—such as compensation data, employee status, and employment or job change reasons.
