This is a massive leap, because there have been some issues in the past, but effective management and process changes are visible, plus better qualified staff and personnel. Velocity Global has been a great partner to me for over five years. The benefits are awesome, customer service is top notch, and my paycheck arrives like clockwork with zero discrepancies. Onboarding is always a breeze. I've worked numerous year-long contracts and it's been a seamless relationship. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide me. As a contractor, I freelance with multiple different clients throughout the year and sometimes garner year-long contracts that require all of the onboarding of a typical workplace including W-2s, benefits, and the numerous forms and HR items necessary to work in my state. VG handles them seamlessly. Even when things come up like sick leave (I was recently in the ER) they answered my email within 24 hrs and made sure I was covered with the appropriate sick leave without missing a beat. Customer service is really amazing. They make tax season easy with everything being available in a digital format, and I get paid on time, every time.
