They made the entire experience very easy for us. No issues while porting our numbers, which we heard from 2 other businesses who went with someone else that porting was a nightmare for them. The training resources are great and easy to follow. Also, we have an assigned engineer for our account forever, who is available to call directly any time we need to make changes. **What do you dislike about peachcomm?** Nothing to dislike so far. They have delivered on all promises/terms. **What problems is peachcomm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were ready for an upgrade as we were using older technology. We're now able to manage our phones / calls from anywhere using the mobile apps and web portal. ### 2. They have been great so far. **Recommendations to others considering peachcomm:** Phone migrations can be a headache, however, Peachcomm made this experience better by handling the process from start to finish. Their VOIP solution is stable and they made sure my client's networks were ready for the install. **What problems is peachcomm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have stable phone systems. With Peachcomm's attention to detail, we got a better phone system for a lower cost.
