**What do you like best about OurSails?**

OurSails was easy to understand and private. No AI interference or adds was great. I guess that's why it had a cost but it was very low for such a professional looking platform. It has helped me to bring consistency to my meetings by reusing the important topic templates I create across all the meetings that need them. I also love the way agendas can be made and shared with colleagues quickly.  The reminders feature has been helpful for all team members to set tasks after the meetings and the notifications don't feel oppressive, just insightful and helpful.

**What do you dislike about OurSails?**

Not a lot, it can't be used when offline but that doesn't affect me much currently.

**What problems is OurSails solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using OurSails, I had to work on Notes, Google docs and paper. I would often lose track of what info was where and this frustrated me and my colleagues. Now I find it is easy to organise my meeting notes and return to them to review when I want to or put them to use in other meetings with the same topics. I feel better organised and able to do my work.
I also like that all meeting participants can add information to the topics during a meeting. It used to be just me typing in the notes and now my reports can take some ownership over the info we recorded together.

It provides a systematic way to improve our communiation skills.
User interface is easy.
All the information can be stored in the form of notes.

Pricing is high
Should provide 24*7 customer service

**What problems is OurSails solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It improved my coomuniation skills and provided a platform to keep all the things in the form of notes.
