Using Otter.ai to record the meetings, distinguish between different speakers, and generate summaries with clear action items has streamlined my workflow. It’s now much easier to stay on top of what was said and what needs to happen next, and I can work more efficiently as a result. With Otter.ai's ability to manage vocabulary, I was able to insert various terms and nicknames that we use in house, and Otter was quickly able to learn these words, eliminating further transcript editing. I use Otter.ai for note-taking and appreciate its ability to capture important details like time and date. I also like that I can ask Otter questions about something, and it can answer the questions, which aids in my note-taking process. "What I like best about Otter.ai is its exceptional accuracy in real-time transcription, which has been a complete game-changer for my productivity. The ability to automatically generate accurate meeting notes allows me to stay fully engaged during conversations instead of worrying about manual note-taking. It easily handles different accents and speakers, and the search functionality makes finding specific keywords or action items within long transcripts incredibly fast and efficient. "While the transcription accuracy is generally high, I do occasionally find that Otter.ai struggles with complex technical terminology or when multiple people are speaking over each other simultaneously in a meeting. In those specific scenarios, the transcription can become slightly muddled, requiring me to go back and manually edit the text for complete clarity. Additionally, it would be a significant improvement if the tool could more consistently distinguish between speakers when the audio quality is not optimal.
