"First Impressions: Off to a Great Start!"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Oscilar impressed us from the very beginning. The team took the time to actively listen and understand our specific use cases, and they didn’t try to force us into a standard Fraud/AML solution. They brought the right experts to every meeting, answered all of our questions, and offered multiple options along with new ideas. Oscilar also made it easy for us to share sample data for a customized POC, which clearly demonstrated their flexibility and ability to meet all of our requirements.

Oscilar was willing to meet us where we are today and willing to support our growth, both on the platform and through our pricing requirements. At kickoff, Oscilar assembled a hands-on team that included a technical account manager, solutions architects, and account support. By the end of the official kickoff meeting, we had established a clear cadence, SLAs, escalation paths, support channels, RCA timelines, success criteria, and a realistic implementation plan. That level of communication and transparency gave us confidence that we could hit milestones without surprises.

For us as a sponsor bank in a supervisory role, Oscilar aligns well with our “trust but verify” model. We’re looking forward to confidently reviewing partner activity, alerting on outlier behavior, and escalating issues as needed to meet our governance and oversight requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

We are very early in the implementation, but the first challenge has been the time and internal resources required for data mapping, payload transmission, testing, and validation. The Oscilar team proactively flagged this, which helped to set appropriate expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Flexibility for Modern Fraud Ops"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Oscilar’s standout feature is its impressive flexibility and depth of customization. It enabled us to fully revamp our fraud environment, shifting from a static, “one-size-fits-all” setup to a more dynamic program. We can now investigate anomalies at a granular, user-by-user level instead of depending on broad, blunt global rules.

I also value the pace of innovation. The team is consistently pushing the envelope, and we’re especially excited about our upcoming partnership around AI-driven case management and more advanced learning models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

There’s definitely a noticeable learning curve. Because the platform is so powerful, our initial implementation took longer than we originally anticipated. It really does require an up-front time investment to fully understand the logic, dial in the configuration, and get the overall setup right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect partner for automating high-volume underwriting across LATAM"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Clara is the leading Latin American fintech platform offering corporate cards and expense management solutions. Through AI-driven insights and centralized controls, Clara helps companies improve financial efficiency, strengthen governance, and enable data-driven decision-making for finance teams.

Our entire business model depends on making reliable B2B credit decisions quickly enough to keep up with demand. Before Oscilar, our underwriting process was taking hours per application, and we needed infrastructure that could scale without turning into a six-month engineering project.

Implementation was surprisingly straightforward. We used their sandbox to test policies before going live, which allowed our risk team to work through scenarios and fine-tune adjustments on their own timeline. After we switched over, underwriting times dropped to minutes. We’re onboarding clients about three times faster now and handling roughly three to four times our previous volume, while consistently meeting our 24-hour SLA.

The system processes around 700,000 real-time decisions daily and keeps latency under 800ms, even with many different third-party integrations running. That level of reliability really matters.

Our risk analysts have built more than 80 workflow versions without involving engineering. They can test changes, push updates, and respond to new fraud patterns or regulatory requirements on their own, and that independence has been huge for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

The flexibility is good, but we spent time upfront configuring things for regional data standards that could have been faster with some pre-built templates.

On the other hand, some improvements could be made to the standard MIS (They are working on it!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible AML platform that scales with a fast-growing fintech"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Oscilar helped us modernize our AML transaction monitoring without slowing the team down. We were coming from a system where small changes took too long, and everyday case work felt heavier than it needed to be. Oscilar flipped that. We were able to stand up rules quickly, tune them as we learned, and get analysts working in a cleaner, more intuitive workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

Some features are still maturing, such as shadow-mode visibility, but the direction is clear, and progress has been steady. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Risk Platform That Handles Global Scale"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

We operate one of the largest and most complex global payments networks out there with hundreds of countries and territories, tens of thousands of corridors, massive retail and digital reach, and very different regulatory expectations depending on where a transaction originates and lands. Oscilar is one of the few platforms we’ve seen that’s clearly designed with that level of scale and variability in mind. Having fraud, AML, compliance, rules, and device/behavioral intelligence in a single platform has been a big step forward. It’s helped us simplify what used to be a very fragmented risk stack while improving real-time decisioning across high-volume, latency-sensitive flows. Shadow mode, A/B testing, and automated rule optimization make it much easier to roll out changes safely across geographies without disrupting production. We also like how well Oscilar handles signal ingestion at scale. Being able to combine transaction data, device fingerprinting, behavioral signals, and third-party inputs in real time gives us much better context, especially for cross-border use cases and automated attacks. That richer signal set has helped reduce friction for good users while still maintaining strong controls. The partnership aspect has been solid and a great experience. Oscilar has been flexible about integrating with our preferred vendors and adapting workflows to how a large, global organization actually operates. Support has been responsive and production-oriented, which matters a lot when volumes spike and downtime isn’t an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

Overall no blockers have been major. Like most growing platforms, some areas are still evolving. Case management and certain UI workflows are being actively improved, and we’ve shared feedback as we scale usage across larger teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Platform built for partner banking and community bank needs, developed alongside real bank ops teams"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Oscilar has become our central platform for AML transaction monitoring, fraud monitoring, and case management across our Partner Banking program. Before Oscilar, we were trying to integrate into legacy core tooling with limited API functionality, which slowed onboarding and made it difficult to build the segmentation and oversight workflows we needed for fintech programs. Oscilar met us where our data lives and enabled us to move faster by onboarding with a side-core/API-friendly approach, giving us a direct connection to the system rather than relying on middleware or a separate data repository. That flexibility allowed us to structure and tag data cleanly by partner, program, and workflow, and avoid costly customization in legacy systems.

The Oscilar team has been exceptional. Responsiveness is consistently strong, questions are answered quickly, issues are addressed fast, and our weekly check-ins lead to real progress. In a regulated environment with tight timelines, that matters. We’ve also benefited from hands-on training, clear guidance on best practices, and the opportunity to participate in UI feedback and beta development that directly improves day-to-day usability for our teams.

From a product perspective, the platform is highly configurable. The rules engine is logic-driven and flexible, if the field exists, we can build detection, routing, or workflow logic around it. Testing and QA capabilities have improved significantly over the course of implementation: we can create and modify sandbox test data, import test files, track rule hits, identify errors down to the workflow section/field, and save/download results for historical tracking. Those features have been critical for tuning detection scenarios and preparing for examiner discussions.

Operationally, the case workflow feels cohesive from alert → case → SAR, and the system supports our governance requirements (SLAs, scheduling, due dates, audit trails). We have Customer Risk Rating live and are running AML and fraud monitoring for our fintech partners today, with CTR workflows next. The platform also positions us well for real-time decisioning as we expand our bank-side implementation, behavioral signals and real-time decision/webhook functionality are expected to be a major improvement in preventing fraud and reducing losses as we mature our integrations.

Overall, the implementation has felt like a true partnership. Oscilar works alongside our bank’s development and compliance teams to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and build toward a scalable program that supports both sponsor and embedded models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

As a newer platform, out-of-the-box content for some traditional community bank use cases was more limited than legacy providers (e.g., certain ATM/cash monitoring scenarios). That said, once requirements were clearly outlined, Oscilar has worked closely with us to build what we needed quickly and with strong transparency. We expect continued maturity in turnkey content and reporting/admin functionality, but we’ve had a strong experience collaborating directly with the team to close gaps. "Oscilar Transformed Our Underwriting with Flexible, Real-Time Decisioning"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Oscilar has completely transformed how we approach underwriting and risk. As a rent-to-own company serving a largely sub-prime customer base, achieving an ~85% auto-decision rate has put us well ahead of our competitors in both speed and risk assessment. The platform’s flexibility, real-time decisioning, and ability to integrate multiple data sources have significantly strengthened our defenses against fraud and bad actors, while still allowing us to confidently approve good customers faster. The low-code workflows empower our team to adapt policies quickly without heavy technical lift, which has been a game-changer operationally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

While there is an initial learning curve and the implementation was a gradual, iterative process—some of which stemmed from our own internal decision-making—the platform’s depth and flexibility quickly became clear. Once ramped up, the ongoing enhancements and results have more than justified the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Execution from the Early Days: AML, Case Management, and RFI"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

The level of responsiveness has stood out right away. From kickoff, we’ve had a dedicated TAM and solutions team, weekly standups, clear SLAs and escalation paths, and a shared Slack channel that makes it easy to get quick answers and status updates. The team is organized, accessible, and stays close to the work. They’re also building exactly what we asked for. A good example is the case-integrated RFI workflow. Oscilar is helping us move those workflows directly into the platform instead of relying on manual, off-system processes, which makes investigations easier to manage and better documented. We also like the phased rollout approach. We’re able to start using the system and getting value right away, while more advanced monitoring comes online over time. That reduces transition risk, helps our teams ramp up sooner, and keeps the overall rollout straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

Nothing on Oscilar’s end. Oscilar has been thoughtful about integration planning, but some timing naturally depends on external vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Experience with Oscilar"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

Speed to value and flexibility: We moved our credit policy into production quickly and have been able to iterate without waiting on engineering. Custom data integrations with Plaid and Shopify were straightforward and gave us the data we needed to power underwriting in one place.

Unified platform and AI case management: The 360° customer view and AI insights help our team investigate faster and turn ideas into deployed changes quickly. Everything lives in one platform, which makes collaboration and updates much easier.

Responsive, collaborative team: Oscilar’s Solutions Architecture team helped us translate our decision flow into the platform early on and guided us with clear steps, which made onboarding simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

Nothing material so far. Our main asks have been keeping Shopify data processing simple and clarifying implementation timelines. Both areas the Oscilar team has been responsive on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Partnership and Adaptability, with Room for Workflow Enhancements"
What do you like best about Oscilar?

What stands out most to me is the strength of the partnership. The team's responsiveness, commitment, and consistency have truly earned my complete trust. We selected Oscilar because of their adaptability and openness to working with our unique—and at times quite unconventional—fraud scenarios, instead of pushing a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. The platform itself is robust and engaging, and there’s a genuine sense of potential in what we can achieve together. I’ve also valued how Oscilar has become more proactive in sharing best practices. Their guidance, particularly regarding latency-sensitive design, has been extremely helpful and demonstrates just how invested they are as genuine partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oscilar?

There are still a few areas we’re working to improve, such as further optimizing the process for moving updates into production, but these are not unexpected challenges. The Oscilar team has been very proactive and responsive in addressing these issues, and we’re collaborating to clarify ownership around releases. Some operational workflows, like bulk resolutions, still require a bit more manual effort, though enhancements for these are already planned. Overall, these are just growing pains in what is otherwise a highly collaborative and forward-moving partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
