I was complaining about their UI slowness, as our data is quite large and loading all the data in their Analytics dashboard causes significant performance issue, like 10 seconds for a click to response. However, after refactoring, it becomes very pleasant to use with a couple seconds response time to query data for the past few months. I also find the manual mapping of variable inputs during machine learning model deployment quite challenging.
