**What do you like best about CRS?**

As a non-technical founder, I was bracing for the usual vendor experience—big promises followed by integration headaches. Instead, the team delivered exactly what I needed: a smooth platform and genuinely thoughtful support. They took the time to understand my use case and came back with solutions I could actually execute. I was up and running faster than I expected.
The platform makes credit pulls simple, but what really stood out was the implementation support. The team provided custom guidance tailored to my specific needs—not a generic onboarding script. As a non-technical founder, that made all the difference.
I needed a streamlined way to pull credit on our platform without a technical team to build it. The integration team didn't just hand me documentation and wish me luck—they proactively offered solutions that fit my setup and skill set. The tech is solid, and the support exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about CRS?**

The application process can be lengthy if you aren't going through a standard FCRA permissible use, but that's more because of bureau and regulation than CRS's process specifically.

**What problems is CRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need clean credit data for my clients. Most credit vendors have very old data systems where the data is poorly stored and not structured. CRS has a better back-end organization of the data and a very user-friendly way to set up API-based pulls that made it easy for me to access data in bulk without manual tweaking or having to hire a technical person.

**What do you like best about CRS?**

The seamless UI/UX makes it easy for our customers too quickly and efficiently access the documentation they need. We never lack the support with any ongoing projects and the pricing is very flexible.

**What do you dislike about CRS?**

I don't have a lot that I dislike about CRS at the moment.

**What problems is CRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem being solved by CRS is the ability the validate prospective rental candidates for our end-users to make informed decisions. This ensure we are connecting the most compatible candidates with listings they are less likely to default on.

**What do you like best about CRS?**

There are no downsides using CRS.

**What do you like best about CRS?**

Product is easy to use and onboarding was smooth with clear direction. In a world of AI (our company included), sensitive things like managing credit inquiries still require a human touch. Jay and the entire team have been more than accessible, walking us through the initial sandbox setup all the way to production.

**What do you dislike about CRS?**

We haven't found anything significant yet. There was a permanent sign requirement for one of our offices that was quickly waived, but that's about it.

**What problems is CRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now use AI Agents as part of customer engagement (outbound or inbound) to quickly move through what would have taken several days. We get consent from customers to pull credit, append the data to business systems, and make decisions quickly while empowering end users to have control. They can provide consent using just their voice or ask to be transferred to a human agent to finalize the process. What used to take several days now takes seconds.

**What do you like best about CRS?**

CRS was very easy to integrate. The sales and service support is always available, which is very reassuring. I appreciate having multiple ways to communicate, whether it's through traditional calls, emails, or virtual meetings. The setup with CRS was extremely easy, with Sean Hawver handholding us through the entire process and making us feel like we're forming a partnership, not just securing a sale.

Honestly, we've had an amazing experience thus far and have nothing to complain about.

CRS is easy to integrate, offering excellent support with multiple communication methods.
