Reports are quite interesting and makes sense and easy to build **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** Assessment, risk management. The dashboards are boring and doesn't have interactive build features **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance management modules are used by us. Enforcing a campaign for any new business needs are made easier ### 2. I really like the Risk Inform product, which attaches a risk score to certain flags, making for easier assessment. **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** Their coverage of Canadian individuals and businesses isn't great. The majority of our Canadian retailers that we search don't return results. Their American coverage is wonderful however. **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pulling public records reports for our retail individuals and businesses ### 3. It makes the process effortless as possible. **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** None that I can think of using clear is easy the set up is user friendly. **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Companies I work with use clear and it is protecting them by lowering the risk to security incidents, I would be heavily involved if they had a breach. ### 4. Customer service is pretty reponsive as well. **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** It is very inconsistent, sometimes it shows a record and other times it does not. When looking up individuals with a known history it shows blank, or one day it will show nothing and days later it pulls up a histroy from years in the past. It is hard to trust that it is giving accurate information. **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Know your customer, helps in identifying potential threats to the business. ### 8. I like how you can preview each result before running a report. **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** I don't particularly like how long it takes to load a report sometimes when there is a lot of information. **Recommendations to others considering CLEAR:** 10/10 recommend depending on your job. CLEAR helps insurance and Investigations companies in more ways than not. **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** CLEAR helps my co-workers and me in my job in many ways. And not all the criminal records information is available. Compared to other applicants with similar information, it is towards a pricy side. Other software programs that I use require a state and city. If you have a name that is not so common, you can usually get the result you are looking for. **What do you dislike about CLEAR?** There is a lot of information and with that there can me the wrong information attached to a person. Especially if they have experienced identity theft or they have a common name. I wish the reports were easier to read but I have gotten used to the set up. **Recommendations to others considering CLEAR:** This is a great product to use when you are needing to verify information. I find more information in Clear than I do in any other search software packages that we use. **What problems is CLEAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clear helps me to verify information that I have found through Facebook, LinkedIn and various Google searches. It allows me to "connect the dots"in a lot of ways. It verifies addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, residences, business connections and relatives. ### 12.
