It is very inconsistent, sometimes it shows a record and other times it does not. When looking up individuals with a known history it shows blank, or one day it will show nothing and days later it pulls up a histroy from years in the past. CLEAR is the best tool for identifying Individuals, their business, searches for employers, physical/mailing addresses, legal addresses, DOB, DOD, Spouse information, any alerts related to Marijuana-related business to identify criminal records. The graphical display is perfect, and it assists us in understanding the structure from the core. The interface is friendly, and it won't ask for much input to show results, and the classification of results is impressive. It narrows down to the required alerts, which I am looking. Sometimes I see outdated information available, and it's not updated yet. And not all the criminal records information is available.

Compared to other applicants with similar information, it is towards a pricy side.
