At first, Oracle Eloqua is a bit of a check and doesn't really have an instruction manual to follow as a guide. Adding these instructions would be very useful. There are just a few things that seemed to be more difficult than they should be. For example, not being able to create a picklist on the go within a form, or you just need to create a separate header each time if you wanted to use it for preview text. Once in a while it seemed to glitch and I'd need to "Save As" and try again to get it to work. Some of the customizable reports are clunky to build and take forever to load. Unless you're specialising in digital marketing or email campaign management, most marketers wouldn't be able to manage an email campaign end-to-end. At my firm, although I have a moderate knowledge of the system, we have an email automation team to build our campaigns once we've given them the different components.
