**What do you like best about Optima Pro?**

What I like the most about Optima Pro is its friendly interface, functionality, and comprehensive features to lessen the all-in-one of multiple tools and flexibility that helps in customer support and the flow of data integrations.

**What do you dislike about Optima Pro?**

What I dislike the most about Optima Pro is the pricing structure because startup companies can not afford that price. the difficulties of customization can make it challenging to build a platform exactly to the company's needs. i would not forget to say delaying to respond.

**What problems is Optima Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optima Pro is solving the problems that significantly enhance our day-to-day operations. for instance, the issue of data analysis and reporting when generating concise reports or any related dataset can be complex and take a long time. second, Performance and dependability where I can work without any circumstance or interruptions and ensure the increase in the level of productivity and satisfaction.

I like the fact that Optima Pro covers a wide range of field service management needs.

I dislike the fact that Optima Pro is little pricey.

**What problems is Optima Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of customer contracts efficiently, specialized tools for field service operations and it's been going well thus far.

Sometimes it's got slow. Sometimes its drop.

Sometimes out of nowhere it tends to get slow.

I like that we are able to organize the contracts, warranties and field service scheduling iin the software.

We could use more space for contracts and file uploads

THis helps us have all of our field service paperwork and documents  needed for each department, streamlining the process for all.
