It's not that I dislike Opti Digital; quite the opposite, I think it's amazing. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the dashboard. Perhaps it could be made simpler while still remaining versatile. Sometimes, it would be ideal to be able to generate a simple report with just two or three key metrics, but the process can be a bit tedious. We’ve also expanded into multiple markets, and every time we do, they adjust seamlessly to the local specifics and requirements. What do you dislike about Opti Digital?

Opti Digital asked us to change the managerdomain in the ads.txt, which literally goes against the work of the people here trying to generate advertising revenue, commercial, adops, etc. That is aggressive. Furthermore, I think they lack a greater focus on transparency and publisher control and should not focus solely on generating revenue. They need to be more holistic and truly work as a partner.
