**What do you like best about Opentracker?**

Real time insight in to sight visits, easy to see, visualizations are on-spot (nice for sharing in reports and presentations).  

**What do you dislike about Opentracker?**

Would like to drag and drop widgets to print  / share exactly the view I need. Also, would like to make comments and notes about campaigns. Would also be nice to track referral traffic from other sources such as google organic / bing organic, other sites vs social

**Recommendations to others considering Opentracker:**

take your time learning the tool and getting it set up. it will be worth it

**What problems is Opentracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not know where our visitors were before, and which competitors they were considering. Following their path makes it easier to engage them with the right messaging

**What do you like best about Opentracker?**

The dashboard is easy to use, realtime and gives a a lot of insights. I have been able to improve our campaigns based on their data.


**What do you dislike about Opentracker?**

I would like to be able to modify the widgets and order them around. Also getting the data as em email would be great.

**Recommendations to others considering Opentracker:**

If you are doing marketing campaigns, then Opentracker will bring much value

Getting Insights into marketing campaign data and conversions

**What do you like best about Opentracker?**

Opentracker is a no-frills, no-extras visitor identification software. Login and it's easy to understand how to navigate the product. Their support staff is very responsive, too.

**What do you dislike about Opentracker?**

There's nothing I dislike about Opentracker.

**What problems is Opentracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying/estimating who is visiting our website. Useful for account-based marketing and understanding which pages a lead spent their time on before contacting our sales department.
