I am starting a membership site and I like that I can create it using Ontraport, instead of cobbling together different platforms. The page builder is easy to use with it's click and drag functionality. The automations are easy to set up with the help of pre-loaded templales for common tasks. There is a slight learning curve around navigating the platform. I love how it integrates deeply with my quiz builder tool Bucket.io and it's also easy to publish the pages on WordPress with their plugin. Ontraport is an entrepreneurial unicorn - I'd been searching for years to find a service that could provide everything (contact management, autoresponders, landing pages, a membership site, forms, etc.) in one place. Ontraport does that beautifully! I'm a huge OntraPeeps fan. Their customer service is outstanding - their Live Chat is convenient and efficient anytime I run into a challenge in structuring something, and their online resource guides are thorough. If I need anything beyond that, they are always quick to escalate the issue for further research and action. Ontraport is also easy to use. What do you dislike about Ontraport? Honestly, the only frustrations I've had have been when I've needed a feature that didn't exist. Many times, it was something that Ontraport was already working on. I appreciate that their support staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help me find a workaround. I won't forget anything thanks to Ontraport! I love all of the automations that I can set up to remind me to complete a task, email a student, and give me a heads up on something. It's amazing how much time and brain space that Ontraport has cleared up for me. I also LOVE their support team! I never hesitate if I have a question or need help thinking through an automation, to reach out to support for guidance. They are all so helpful and patient. There have been a couple of things we've had to work through since joining Ontraport about a year ago, just small, weird kinks, but nothing that has been repetitive. I do wish they would make it easier to switch account owners (that was a recent, confusing hiccup). We use Ontraport to host our course, and I do wish they would add something, so we can see our students' progress in the course. Ontraport told me before I signed up that they do not have this feature, but I felt that all of the pros far outweighed this one con. I will say, I was a bit overwhelmed when I first started using Ontraport, but after playing with it and creating a student profile for myself to view it as a customer, I became comfortable and even quick with creating pages and automation.
