Being a part of an organization with multiple countries as branches, I am able to manage the different billing currency with live currency exchange rate.

**What do you dislike about OneHash CRM?**

Learning curve initially is flat but later on it steeps rapidly.

When we were using legacy software, it was quite difficult to handle debtors' accounts with different currencies. Now, OneHash has made the process smoother.

It is very customizable and you have full flexibility on how you want to design it, to suit your unique needs. This is by far, the greatest value and you don't have to worry about 3rd party add-on.

Not that I can think of, but being a highly versatile CRM, it has more features than what most businesses would need. Therefore, a bit of work is required upfront to ensure you customize it to your actual needs for daily productivity.

First of all, I used to manage all my CRM needs using a combination of different apps and that really kills my productivity because I have multiple tabs and folders open and I have to switch between them to extract information. Now with OneHash CRM, I can manage all of these in one app and it's available online anywhere anytime.

**What do you like best about OneHash CRM?**

They reply to support emails, very fast and are willing to go overboard to help and advise. The software is initaiily complex, howevere once you start to work on it, its quite good and has most of the essential CRM requirements, as well as all the extra options, for accounts, project management etc.

**What do you dislike about OneHash CRM?**

I would suggest that the support package which has to be purchased in 10 hour blocks and has to be used within a month, be extended. Customers should be able to purchase in 5 hour blocks and be able to park unused hours for atleast 3 - 6 montsn touse as and when an issue arises that needs an onboarding support call

Its keeping all my data on the cloud, which means I can access from anywhere, it also allows me to identify leads and sales stages, as well as send emails. I am also investigating the email marketing option

The best part of this CRM is the ease with which it allows you to play with data.  It makes analyzing data a fun activity. The interface is highly intelligible for even non-tech friendly users.

Till now I have not come across any such feature, but yes I can say it is complex to learn and it s leaning curve is horizontal in initial days. Some restrictions or some standardizations that are put in.

OneHash CRM is complex with mammoth features. Which is complex for such a newbie like me. It is more than 7 months, but still i am exploring and learning some new thing on daily basis to improve my organization.

After Sale service is the best thing about Onehash. Their product is really user friendly and they also provide learning sessions so that we are well through with the product.

Till now we havent faced any as such issue. Moreover if their is any, it is resolved within no time as their support team is very much efficient in providing real time solutions

I see, OneHash is a full fledged CRM suitable for all industries and this is what I like about it. And it does not end here. It can be customised to any extent based on your requirements.

The learning curve is very steep with limited documentation which makes it difficult for small businesses to use it out  of the box. Yes, the company does provide customisation plans which I think businesses can consider as initial capex which in turn would increase their efficiency in the long run.

The fields in OneHash CRM are easily customisable and easily integrated with web mail for mass mailing & daily updates to customers. Data management & evaluation becomes easy.

We found a few difficulty in customising few default templates & stage wise updation & customising was quite confusing. But everything is manageable with the help of the support team.

The speed, features and ease of use in OneHash CRM fulfil all the requirements of my organisation.  It helped me to replace much existing software and helped to reduce the cost of my organisation.

There is nothing which I may dislike in OneHash CRM. But it may improve the services domain. In services domain, forms are not available to find directly in dashboard, while it is already available in the system.

**What do you like best about OneHash CRM?**

Well, Onehash CRM is a part of Onehash ERP.Onehash System is highly customizable based on your business requirement, and it's easy to add a new feature on the fly. It provides the freedom to customize the codes, which enhances their use and productivity. It has all the modules one enterprise would need: customer relationship management, human resource management, sales management and many more. Being in the healthcare sector with complex business requirements, the team understood our requirements and helped us go live within just 6months. The team showers much support to fellow users. The pricing plans are also very cost-effective, so it doesn't take a  toll on the accounts of start-ups like us.

**What do you dislike about OneHash CRM?**

It's very rare to get all requirements on a single system, so the Onethash system comes with its own set of drawbacks,

1. Permission managers are essential for limited data visibility to users. We have found the system to be highly complex to set.
2. Point of Sale of Retail system requires upgradation. It's outdated.
3. CRM is not B2C friendly it's more inclined toward a B2B environment. 
3. The entire system is much more inclined to a B2B environment, so it becomes tough for B2C businesses to adapt to the system as it involves many unnecessary steps.
4. Offline mode is not available; the system fails in remote locations
5. Accounting module is yet to adapt to the standards of an advanced system like tally
6. The supply chain system is outdated; token-based stock movement from one location to another is unavailable.

**What do you like best about OneHash CRM?**

The fact that it has all the tools needed in a business CRM has helped make things efficient from dashboards that contain graphs, leads, and forecasting. It Helps the team focus efforts on the audience we can sell to and have business with. The seamlessness of having the forecasts and projections would help with adjustments needed for sales conversions. We are all impressed by how it can go toe to toe with most of the much-established names in the CRM game.

It was initially overwhelming at first, Having all those tools in the palm of your hand, but everything has its learning curve, some more than most. With familiarity, I believe one can see how the integrations would work together and have the much-needed results to help in furthering the business needs.

I like the ui especially how user friendly it is. Also how the design is so simple and elegant.
But its not only the UI that shines, the developers have thought the logic for multiple complex real time use cases to automate as well as possible and minimise the number of clicks for a user

**What do you dislike about OneHash CRM?**

The 2 complaints that I have majorly is -
The mobile app sucks and since I have a distribution business I need my on field employees to be able to use the mobile app to complete their work
The second things is customer support, this could be much better considering chat support is not always effective and a lot of time is consumed in just explaining the issue over a chat.
If someone needs urgent support there should be an option of on call support
Also please target medium to small scale business and help with the migration and implementation setup or refer partners who are willing to do so at reasonable prices

Onehash has automated my accounting and inventory management problems, it has helped in reducing a lot of manual work that was being done previously. Plus the management reports in a detailed manner help me out a lot in running my business as effectively as possible

What I like the best about OneHash is that everything is built into the platform from the accounting essentials, CRM, HR, Projects, Website, and anything in between. It's like a super app for your entire business, and the best thing is that you can still customize it further yourself or ask for some assistance from the guys at OneHash.

Maybe the part that I am not liking much is the sheer amount of features that will overwhelm the ordinary user. It takes a bit of a learning curve to configure everything inside the platform yourself. Sometimes you will need assistance from the OneHash team and that is a great thing to have - support for their platform.

I am looking for an ERP type of solution for my online business. I looked at self hosted and off the shelf platforms, then ending up evaluating and purchasing OneHash CRM subscription and has been working on the setup and usage ever since.

I love this CRM because it is scalable. I can easily add more teams and resources to manage my leads and deals. This is the first CRM I've used that allows me to keep a track of my sales funnel and pipelines. I can also easily convert leads into opportunities, which is huge for me because I can focus my efforts on the people that I know my business can actually sell to.

You can create some bundles in the product section but when you update the stock of the product that will compose your bundle, it will not automatically update the stock of the bundles making it not possible to know what is your exact stock level.

It's my go-to CRM where I can know who are my clients, and prospects and manage my company. It allows me to send quotes, and invoices and also manage my company generally speaking.

This software has it all! I don't have to sign into a dozen different apps to do my job everyday. Most of it can be accomplished within this one app. I also love that I caught this on a lifetime subscription for next to nothing. The app continues to improve as well.

The only thing that I dislike is the same thing that I love about the app: it has everything. It's sometimes overwhelming and takes me a while to learn each feature, how to use it, and how it fits into my business.

I don't see anything faulty or any disliking feature of this software regarding the usage and performance per se. Still, I have one message to the Onehash team to streamline the onboarding process by providing up-to-date videos and guides, as someone might feel lost in the interface, resulting in delayed implementation.

The pricing. I know that when we were looking to change CRMs price was a major factor for us. A CRM that allows us to manage contacts without limitations is a huge thing for us and OneHash was one of the fairer prices out there.

Like any CRM, there's obviously going to be a learning phase/curve. That's to be expected. I suppose it's not so much what I dislike about this specific CRM and more what I wish would improve about the tech as a whole.

When I was looking for CRM alternatives, I was looking for something that would organize not only our incoming leads through internal PPC efforts, but also something that would allow us to nurture our clients' leads as that's something that is necessary for us. When I'm looking for a CRM, price is really important to me. You can typically make most platforms work with you (if you know what you're doing), so price is a significant factor. In that regard OneHash succeeds. It's reasonably priced compared to some of its competitors, and it has a decent amount of features that you'd want.

There's really not a ton that I dislike about OneHash. Any criticism that I'm going to have comes from a comparison to (in my opinion) the best in the business. Is it ALL the way there? No. Is it close? Definitely

Organizing contacts, automating outreach and communication, making sure we're on top of new deals coming in and just generally keeping everyone on the same page when it comes to marketing/sales initiatives.

It is a bundled software application which includes a CRM and accounting package. The fact that they were developed together means better integration. They OneHash team were eager to please and assist in any way they could, they even set up online training for us.

I was an early adopter. I like the concept but when I joined the software was lacking:

> Was not intuitive
> Even after doing some online training with their team we didn't feel ready to run with it

Ultimately after going through the software and doing their training we decided as a team that we would not pursue it any further. The primary reasons for our decision were the lack on easy to access training videos and we did not find the UI intuitive.

It's everything you need in one place. The UI is clean and relatively easy to navigate. Can be customized to align with business practices. Very affordable for the feature set included.

Not as mature as other platforms. While customizations are possible, they are not always straightforward to implement and can lead to unexpected behaviour. Documentation and training videos are average.

OneHash has made it so much easier for us to capture notes about customers and track our outstanding tasks. We didn't have a CRM, so it's put a big tick in that box.

The functionalities available. and it is multilingual. The setup fields are multiple and very helpful. It is proposing many modules like an ERP program may propose.

It may be complicated to do some implementations and there are some bugs. User experience is not so good and should be simplified.
Nothing changed since I purchased it two years ago. No communication from OneHash.

Not much. OneHash looks good on paper and the pricing was reasonable, but once we started using it we quickly learned this product was not for us.

It is based on ERPNext which is the best open source ERP software out there. You'll have all the benefits of a open source without the usual headaches. The best of both worlds with a fair price.

**What do you like best about OneHash CRM?**

OneHash is not just a CRM but a full business management system, which can be used by a small business and an enterprise all together as the system is very, very scalable.
The system could be quite intimidating at first because you actually get an option to customize and set up pretty much everything, from a bank account to employees and automations.

To start working with the system I've scheduled an onboarding with the one of OneHash's team, who was very kind and attentive. He showed me around the product and also advised me to "start small" - setting up and getting used to the CRM module is a great option to start from. I would definitely recommend everybody to do the same.
After setting up the CRM, OneHash has great documentation and you could start building and setting up other modules at scale.

Overall - highly recommended for any kind of business.

- It could be pretty intimidating at first so start with 1 module only to get to know the system.

- I Would appreciate a more modern UI with a better visualization of the data / stats.

CRM, business management and sales. OneHash also provides automation options with webhooks so it's easier the get the data around from and to other third-party apps in your flow.
