First of all, I used to manage all my CRM needs using a combination of different apps and that really kills my productivity because I have multiple tabs and folders open and I have to switch between them to extract information. They reply to support emails, very fast and are willing to go overboard to help and advise. The software is initaiily complex, howevere once you start to work on it, its quite good and has most of the essential CRM requirements, as well as all the extra options, for accounts, project management etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would suggest that the support package which has to be purchased in 10 hour blocks and has to be used within a month, be extended.
