What do you like best about Onclusive?

Setting up searches and alerts is incredibly easy, even when using Boolean operators. The tech support team is responsive, usually within a business day if not sooner. Onclusive has made it simple to quantify the value of our earned media and share reports with key stakeholders. The clip editing feature is something I use frequently. What do you dislike about Onclusive?

What do you like best about Onclusive?

Onclusive's Critical Mention is helpful for daily media monitoring, providing useful reminders and alerts about press mentions and keywords. It reliably tracks coverage across traditional media channels, which made it easy to stay informed about relevant topics. Customer support was responsive and helpful whenever we needed to update billing or had questions about queries, which made resolving issues smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onclusive?

The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it harder to navigate than other tools. Social media monitoring is very limited, for example, I had to log into Facebook each time to access posts, and it doesn’t integrate smoothly with other platforms. Searching often had to be done manually, and despite the high price, it didn’t deliver as many features as expected. Ease of integration with other systems was also limited, and the number of features felt constrained compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
