At another company, we used TMS for all of our booking needs and this was my first exposure to using booking management software. TMS is similar to Concur in that it can handle all of your booking needs from air fair, hotel and car rental. It is very convenient to book all of these at the same time. You also get an itinerary with all of your travel info on it which makes things simple. Overall, very easy to book a trip and to create an expense report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if different companies can set different pre-sets, but when I put I do my expense report, it requires me to itemize my hotel stay. I have to put itemize the tax and the daily rate (depending on the hotel, the daily rate can change from day to day which is annoying when itemizing my report.)
