
Setup was easy, the customization actually lets you dial things in for your specific business needs, and once it's running it basically manages itself. We've spent maybe a few hours total on it over almost two years — truly set it and forget it. On top of the AI and algorithms, they have human fraud analysts doing manual reviews which gives you a confidence level that pure automation can't match. But the real differentiator is the team. Honestly not much. I'd love to see them move a little faster on product updates, but I know they've been investing heavily there recently with a big acquisition and product changes, so I expect that pace to pick up.
