It is very easy to use, and implementing it for each agent is straightforward. The customer support is excellent, and I use it daily. It offers good features for connecting with customers, and its integration makes it simple to generate reports.

Sometimes, it doesn't display the last call's customer number right away, or it may take a while for the information to appear.

I really appreciate the ease of use and the admin interface of Nextiva. Having used other competitors like Fonality and RingCentral, I prefer Nextiva for managing our phone system.

It can be hard to make changes to call queues. I'd like it to be simpler from an admin perspective.

The customer support I received was amazing. We have not had any issues with the phone service, if we did, it was fixed in a timely manner.

The app isnt the best, it gets some getting used to but works fine

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I appreciate how straightforward the initial setup with Nextiva was, thanks to the amazing support from Denya, who was extremely knowledgeable. I love that Nextiva relieves me from using other dialers as I can access it seamlessly across different devices like my cell phone, desktop, and MacBook. The multiple lines and call flow setups are essential for my outbound cold calling, and I am excited to utilize more features soon. The attentive and helpful support from project managers and the sales team member Christian is fantastic, ensuring a great experience even for a small business like mine. My positive experience with Nextiva leads me to rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

As implied in the title, Nextiva's customer service is simply amazing and actually won me over from other companies I was looking at. This covers both the initial sales person, onboarding person, and technical support. Of course, when you first start any new technological device, you're going to have a number of questions. The technical support was easy to connect to without going through numerous hurdles. They help ensure the bottom line issue is resolved. Finally, the salespeople aren't pushy but more so informative.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

That it took me some digging to find out Nextiva. Nextiva website is nice, but others are simply more catchy, but that's all they are. Just asethics.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The menu options that a caller must initially press to connect with the correct personnel.

I like how easy it is to get started on Nextiva without needing a lot of training. The interface feels clean and straightforward, and the call quality has been reliable. We’ve been using Nextiva for our business communications, and it’s been reliable, easy to manage, and great for keeping our team connected. The VoIP features and call center tools work smoothly, and having everything in one UCaaS platform makes it much easier to run daily operations. Definitely a solid choice for VoIP Providers, Contact Center Software, UCaaS Platforms, and Call Center Infrastructure.

The cost savings for a single user platform is excellent.

If you want to add more lines or more users then there is additional fees.

We previously had a different VOIP provider that we had no issues with. They were a local company but the cost was so much higher than Nextiva. We have 1 desk phone connected and the app on my phone. We also have the service downloaded on my computer. What I like most is the ability to create call flows and the system auto transfer people based on the call flow. That way they go directly to who they need to go to the first time. Love my voicemail to email feature and the E-fax feature where faxes come to my email. Also love that they have a chatbot for our website.

What I like best is the call quality. The audio is consistently crystal clear, and we rarely—if ever—deal with dropped calls. It’s a very dependable system for our day-to-day business needs.

There isn't really anything 'least helpful' that I’ve run into. It’s a straightforward phone system that stays out of the way and lets me do my job. If there are downsides, I haven't seen them yet

Nothing really. We do get a lot of spam calls but there's not much you can do about that.

Nextiva constantly lies and is holding our telephone number hostage and refuses to help. I'm frustrated with the extremely long wait times to speak with anyone and their inability to resolve issues, which is pushing us to look for a replacement. While the service itself might be reliable, the customer support is horrible. The initial setup was also complex.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I appreciate Nextiva's call recording feature; it's tremendously helpful for my business as every call is saved in a different, secure database. The app has a sleek design that feels modern and simplifies my tasks. The clarity of calls is excellent, ensuring clear communication with my clients. Additionally, the competitive pricing with robust features such as CRM integration makes it a compelling choice for my business needs.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

I find the process of calling the support to reach the right department cumbersome, as it requires dialing multiple numbers rather than having a streamlined method to connect with the appropriate team. Additionally, the lack of outbound and inbound SMS capabilities that can differentiate between automated and personal messages is a drawback. This limitation affects the perception of messages as blue messages, which appear personal, tend to have a higher response rate compared to the green ones that look automated.

Nextiva provides a second phone number, excellent call quality, and saves call records, improving communication and record-keeping.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

So we're a small team and we needed something that could handle our customer support calls without a ton of fuss. The Nextiva app has been a total game changer for that. The other week we had a huge influx of calls after a fundraising event and it was so easy to manage everything from one place. I could see the call queues and re-route calls to available agents right there in the app. It's really helped us keep our response times low which is a big deal. The fact that we could have a bunch of different numbers and extensions all working together smoothly, that's been the best part for sure.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

Nextiva's reports gives you the basics call volume, average talk time, that kind of thing. But when I want to really dig into specific data like call reasons or trends over a few months, it gets a bit clunky. But platform is still super useful.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we got Nextiva we were using a mix of personal cell phones and a very old landline system which was just a mess. Bringing all our communication into one unified system is the biggest benefit for us. We can now easily route calls, manage voicemails collectively and pull up call history for context. This has drastically improved our efficiency.

I really appreciate that Nextiva offers two phones for half the price of Verizon Business, which are working perfectly. I also value the ability to port my existing phone number easily. The fact that the setup was not difficult and any issues were on my end is a plus. The service experience has been much smoother compared to Verizon, and I find the feature of having two extensions for a small office very useful. Their proactive reach-out to ensure a smooth process has also contributed to a positive experience.

There is limited awareness about the company, which could impact potential customer engagement.

I find Nextiva cost-effective, providing two phones for half the price of Verizon with smooth number porting and reliable performance.

Nextiva is an excellent phone service - I use the fax component often - a superior service. Phone service is connected to 3 VOIP phones, 2 computers and my cell. Again, excellent service. Not a techie - but install is easy (one of the phones was a bit of a pain - but it was the phone). Support is always easy to access and helpful. I use it daily (running my practice).

Not so much a dislike - but a wish - that the service would provide transcripts of the telephone calls

I like that I can connect with clients from wherever I am, in the car, at the store, working from home, in the office, via text, call, etc.  Its like I'm "in the office" wherever i am!

The onboarding with them was little rough.  I originally was sent to the wrong onboarding team, voiced my frustration, and received a better manager that assisted us with the implementation of Nextiva.  They were really helpful after the fact and even credited our account for the inconvenience.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need our landline phones (which because we have an older building, connects to an internet line which disrupts the speed of our internet when working + on a call).  Instead, Nextiva connects directly to the internet line that is a fast line and doesnt disrupt our workflow.

Nextiva has more advanced technology than other VoIP providers and satisfies all needs that contact center software should offer. It being UCaaS, or Unified Communications as a Service, it is a cloud-based platform that integrates multiple business communication tools into a single, unified interface. It combines services like instant messaging, video conferencing, voice calls, and file sharing, allowing our employees to communicate and collaborate from any laptops, tablets or mobile phones. Our call center is more able and efficient with Nextiva’s CCI in place.

Onboarding took a while but it was worth it.

Dennis was amazing and very supportive throughout the onboarding. I also value the potential to make calls from multiple devices, including a toll-free number, local number, and fax number to enhance my business's legitimacy. Keeping track of my telecommunications on a single platform is immensely beneficial, as it enables me to manage my calls and communication efficiently.

**What do you like best about Nextiva?**

I like that Nextiva is HIPAA compliant and that everything can be done easily online. All the UI's are easy to understand and use. If something is tricky, their support team is quick to answer. I like that there is more control on the user end than having to always call support to implement a change.

**What do you dislike about Nextiva?**

The only feature I am not very fond of is the vFax Portal. It looks a bit outdated and there is a lot of clicking back and forth in order to view a different fax. And even though there is a category and folder feature, it is not a folder in the same sense of moving faxes from one folder to the other so you will still see the fax. It makes organizing tough when there are multiple users since there is no need to assign each user their own portal.

**What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nextiva seems to be resolving customer control in that it is easier for clients to navigate and make changes very quickly instead of having to rely on contacting someone to make those changes. It benefits me because it makes my job easier when one of my teammates wants to implement a change on their phone or voicemail system and I have ease of access to it. Nextiva also simplifies how call flows are handled because it was a nightmare through other VoIP providers on making something as "simple" as an options menu.
