Next Consult implemented Salesforce Service Cloud and updated and improved our existing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation.

**What do you like best about Next Consult?**

At every stage of the process the Next Consult team was prepared and ready with a simple and sustainable option to deliver our vision. They demonstrated exceptional project management and hyper-responsive communication.

**What do you dislike about Next Consult?**

We have not experienced any drawbacks with Next Consult.

**Recommendations to others considering Next Consult:**

In addition to complete Salesforce-related services, Next Consult also has business process optimization and SAP implementation expertise. Utilizing them from the start of the project may be advantageous, as they can help with the business process design and integration with other business systems.

**What problems is Next Consult solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scope of our Digital Transformation project was huge, yet Next Consult made it look easy. We transitioned our customer support organization from home-grown and deficient solution to Salesforce Service Cloud, automated significant portion of the processes and implemented in-depth reporting and insight of the customer support experience.
