What do you like best about Netstratum Communication Suite?

What stands out most about NCS is how purpose-built it feels for service providers. The white-label capability, multi-tenant architecture, and deep SIP integration give operators real control over how the platform is packaged and delivered to their customers. Unlike many UCaaS platforms that are designed for end users first, NCS is clearly built with the operator in mind. That focus makes it much easier to manage users, configure extensions, and scale across a customer base without needing constant, heavy technical intervention. What do you dislike about Netstratum Communication Suite?

The platform is feature-rich, which occasionally makes it harder for first-time users to discover everything available to them. A more prominent feature discovery experience or tooltip guidance within the app would shorten the learning curve.
