A template&#39;s actual value is the pre-wired logic, and that&#39;s precisely the part customization breaks. Editing question text is safe. Deleting or reordering a question can orphan every skip rule downstream of it, silently, which is how a &quot;ready-made&quot; NPS template ends up routing detractors past their follow-up question. The library size matters less than whether the platform warns you when an edit just severed a branch.
