The biggest orgs succeed on a platform like Tessitura partly because they staff dedicated administrators and hire consultants, resources a mid-size venue won&#39;t have, so the story shows what the tool does with a team behind it. The more impressive the name, the less transferable it tends to be: &quot;Cincinnati Opera runs everything on it&quot; really tells you Cincinnati Opera can afford to, and the question that transfers is what a two-person box office got working in ninety days.&lt;/p&gt;
