Customer Support team is easy to reach and very helpfull with some specific issues that not related to sytem performance. The system has been implemented more than 10 years ago , many employees have been trained and successfuly used it since then.Net-Inspect allowes using its data with other programs such as Excel. **What do you dislike about Net-Inspect?** Nothing to mention. It is convenient for creating and processing FAI reports, and interaction with suppliers takes place in the cloud. **What do you dislike about Net-Inspect?** Some of the information is dispersed throughout a few submenus, and getting to the part list and suppliers takes more than one click, which is inconvenient. This makes it difficult to deal with possible problems affecting quality, especially in other levels of the supply chain. **What problems is Net-Inspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** About efficiency and accuracy of FAI process Net-Inspect helped in increasing both. There has been a decrease in the number of errors and rework since we have a single database to manage the inspection, and the real-time visibility makes it possible to solve the issues quickly. ### 4. The templates of First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) that are already produced helped me a lot when I was initiating inspections. **What do you dislike about Net-Inspect?** Another issue for me is the reporting functionality which causes so much pain. It is also difficult to customize reports or to build dashboards. Exporting data is inconvenient, and it is not always easy to configure in a spreadsheet to analyze the data I want. **What problems is Net-Inspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Net-Inspect actually simplifies the FAI and as well as the PPAP process greatly. It saves on paper works used in filling forms and all documents are well arranged and easily retrievable.
