What do you like best about Native Teams?

What do you dislike about Native Teams?

I used this company for COR services. Their only job is to handle monthly payments for my contractor, yet they have completely failed to provide this service leading to my contractor completely leaving trust in the company and nearly quitting. After failing to provide invoices on time for 2 months in a row, the second month they didn't even respond after having emailed them nearly daily for 3 weeks. They did nothing to fix the situation meanwhile my contractor lost trust that I would pay him. My complaints were ignored for weeks and still have not be attended to. During onboarding they also took over a month to allow my contractor to onboard - something that would normally take me less than a day to setup directly, this also nearly cost me the contractor going elsewhere. At every turn they have nearly caused my contractor to quit and have costed me having a good relationship with this person. I'm not sure what service they think they're providing as they can't even seem to schedule a payment. I've have invested so much time into trying to get this service to just do what is in our contractual agreement - I really don't have time for this. Awful service, avoid at all costs! What do you like best about Native Teams?

What do you dislike about Native Teams?

I experience severe issues with payment execution. I was told wallet transfers are instant and that payment processing takes approximately three business days. However, a USD-to-USD contractor payment was initiated and reversed as Native Teams transferred it to USD-to-PHP with no communication, causing a reversal in payment and loss of funds, and disruption of services as my team has left. They need to get their team and communication better. I'm unable to communicate with the team on weekends and they cannot support international hours despite marketing internationally. Additionally, onboarding time has taken weeks and failed to promise appropriate delivery. I previously moved from Deel as they marketed as a more affordable option, but price correlates with service quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a business owner, what I appreciate most about native teams is the simplicity of their platform. I was able to complete the onboarding process in just five days and have since used the platform to hire several freelancers. The onboarding process is very intuitive. Almost every step can be understood implicitly of by following the provided guides. For any specifics that might come out of your specific case, the support team is always responsive and helpful to the point.
