**What do you like best about Native Teams?**

I didn't find anything that I liked in the company.

**What do you dislike about Native Teams?**

The staff’s behavior was quite rude, and the employees I dealt with were unprofessional. They failed to process a salary payment for the first three months, and we had to keep pushing and arguing with them before it was finally completed. Throughout this time, the staff repeatedly insulted me. Now I am trying to terminate the contract with them as soon as possible, but they are trying to delay it as much as they can. Honestly, I don’t know what to say.

I worked with both Lano and Native Teams, and this has been my experience with both companies.

Update: 
I previously wrote about my experience with this company, which was unpleasant. I terminated my contract with them, and I am happy about that decision.

However, the company is now asking me to return the payment I received for overtime work. When I was terminating the contract, they asked me to sign a document stating that I was requesting to use my remaining annual leave days. At the time, I thought this was simply part of the process of finalizing the termination of my contract.

Overall, my experience with this company is very bad.

There are concrete people, with names and faces, that are available to quickly answer and resolve the questions about our payroll. The process is smooth and transparent, and our employees feel safe and satisfied that their salaries are paid timely and all social security and relate duties are addressed timely and properly.

We have not faced any major flaws or disadvantages yet.

We are an international team and they help with the payroll of our staff in different countries. We are focused on our work and do not worry about payroll procedures, documents, etc...

  ### 11. Awful service, nearly risked me losing my contractor. Complete waste of time, avoid!!!

Extremely disappointed, avoid this service at all costs.

**What do you dislike about Native Teams?**

I used this company for COR services. Their only job is to handle monthly payments for my contractor, yet they have completely failed to provide this service leading to my contractor completely leaving trust in the company and nearly quitting. After failing to provide invoices on time for 2 months in a row, the second month they didn't even respond after having emailed them nearly daily for 3 weeks. They did nothing to fix the situation meanwhile my contractor lost trust that I would pay him. My complaints were ignored for weeks and still have not be attended to. During onboarding they also took over a month to allow my contractor to onboard - something that would normally take me less than a day to setup directly, this also nearly cost me the contractor going elsewhere. At every turn they have nearly caused my contractor to quit and have costed me having a good relationship with this person. I'm not sure what service they think they're providing as they can't even seem to schedule a payment. I've have invested so much time into trying to get this service to just do what is in our contractual agreement - I really don't have time for this. Awful service, avoid at all costs!

The software is simple to use, but pretty much everything else is horrible. Customer support and the relationship managers often take days to respond. Even small tasks take days instead of hours, and when they’re finally done, the quality is poor. The team performance is just bad - and I really think that pricing with this level of service isn't justifying

I experience severe issues with payment execution. I was told wallet transfers are instant and that payment processing takes approximately three business days. However, a USD-to-USD contractor payment was initiated and reversed as Native Teams transferred it to USD-to-PHP with no communication, causing a reversal in payment and loss of funds, and disruption of services as my team has left. They need to get their team and communication better. I'm unable to communicate with the team on weekends and they cannot support international hours despite marketing internationally. Additionally, onboarding time has taken weeks and failed to promise appropriate delivery. I previously moved from Deel as they marketed as a more affordable option, but price correlates with service quality.

Incorrect invoices were sent repeatedly, with errors in amounts, unclear line items, and inconsistencies month over month
Invoices were regularly delayed, causing internal finance and payroll complications on our end

Extremely poor communication, slow responses, unanswered emails, and no clear ownership

No accountability, issues had to be chased multiple times before even being acknowledged

Lack of operational reliability, the same problems kept happening again and again

These were not isolated mistakes. They were recurring, predictable, and clearly systemic.

I’m officially employed through the platform, so I get paid on time every month, with all taxes and benefits handled automatically. On top of that, as a salesperson attending multiple conferences and client meetings every month, the expense reimbursement tool is a lifesaver. I can submit receipts directly through the platform, and reimbursements are processed quickly and accurately. It saves me so much time and keeps everything organized in one place.
